Scordis, Papapetrou & Co LLC is a Lawyers’ Limited Liability Company regulated by the Cyprus Law Council and the Cyprus Bar Association, offering legal services to clients in Cyprus and globally. Established in 1973 through the merger of founding members Andis Scordis and Michalis Papapetrou, the firm expanded in 2011 by merging with Limassol-based Adamos K. Adamides & Co. In 2018, it further grew by merging with Michaelides & Michaelides, one of Cyprus’ oldest law firms, originally founded in 1922 in Famagusta.

Following these mergers, Scordis, Papapetrou & Co integrated the partners, members, and employees of the acquired firms, who are now based in its new Limassol offices. Building on its successful 2011 merger and the co-founding of SPA Financial Services Ltd in 2012, a licensed financial services company, the Firm has further strengthened its multidisciplinary practice, creating synergies among professionals who share a common vision and commitment to excellence.

With nearly two centuries of combined expertise, the Firm employs 36 advocates and legal consultants, 16 in-house qualified professionals from related fields, and approximately 55 paralegals, administrative, and support staff. It operates offices in Nicosia, Limassol, Athens, and Valletta.
